Well I just got back from my stepdads birthday dinner and I was feeling bad about myself because my girlfriend is at work til late and all my friends are going to be drinking later. I have been sitting around here on my potty pot the last few days just playing video games and watching YouTube, watching vlogs of people living their lives and trying new things. Well tonight I think I’m mustering up the courage to go out on my own. I’m gonna head up to Dave and busters with 40 bucks and have myself a grand time and play whatever I want there. I know this seems silly but I never do this kind of thing on my own. Maybe IL meet some new friends with this kind of attitude who knows

I’d like to go see a movie at the movie theatre and eat popcorn and candy by myself sometime. Or spend the day at a book store alone without being rushed. Hang out at a coffee shop alone and draw.

I like alone time, D&B sounds awesome. My alone time used to be drinking time. So now spending time with myself sober… it’s weird. But a good weird, I like it.

Thats awesome!!I was always afraid of doing things on my own because I felt awkward being out in public alone.Guess what though??Once I started doing things alone I LOVED it.You get to know yourself better.You can enjoy things for as long as you want or as short as you want.One thing I want to try is see a movie alone.

Wow, had the same thought! Bought 1 ticket for a Symphony performance tomorrow. I keep thinking I will get reaction from other people, being alone, but that is likely only MY thoughts! Movie alone, not having to share my popcorn, next on the list!
