5 days sober just included a weekend alcohol free!! First weekend I can remember being sober in quite some time! Intensive out patient program and family has been a huge influence on these past 5 days. The road is long but the will and vision is there

That’s great, I know weekends are hard. I get bored so I just look for stuff to do around the house. Took a good nap too which I have not done in a long time.
