So I just graduated from IOP( Intensive out patient) to out patient. I go from 3 days a week, 3 hours a day to 1 day a week 3 hours a day. The training wheels are off. Time to put to use the tools I’ve learned to stay sober. A little scary but also exciting. Just have to figure out what I’m going to do with all my time now. Lol. Feel so amazing these days.
