Grumpy A-holes (quitting cigarettes/ nicotine products) (Part 1)

Talked to my Dr. today. He agreed that I shouldn’t put my sobriety at risk, and I should maybe start by not chewing nicotine gum after, say, 6pm. Worth a go :woman_shrugging:t3:(I’m chewing right now and it’s 8:35pm).

Will try that from 1/1/2020 and go from there :+1:

3 1/2 days in quitting vaping and starting to feel better, yesterday was rough and I couldn’t think straight the whole day and felt like absolute shit. First time I’ve gotten this far though, I’ve given up cigarettes but never nicotine. Planning on 2020 being the year

All in too :scream: it’s 6.30 pm here, not so many hours to go anymore. I’m having cold sweat already…

Trust me I know what its like! This is going to be hard as hell, but I have to do it. I just keep telling myself how much better I’m going to feel, right?

And no worries about me smoking! I’ve never had the lungs for it!
