Early days you are just cranky. It canât be helped. But the farther you get from the usage the better you feel. Quitting is hard, staying quit is still kind of hard some days but much easier overall.
I still keep this card in my wallet. I donât know if I actually wrote it out in 2004 (see date at the bottom) but it wasnât much after. And only now have I been quit 2 years. I didnât know that I had to tackle drinking before I quit smoking.
Make today one day, not day one. Youâve got this.
