I haven’t quit, but, I’ve had one pack last me the past 3 days and haven’t had a cigarette yet today. Definitely want one, but I forgot them on the counter at home lol. Idk if I’m ready to quit, but I am, accidentally/on purpose, cutting back currently.

Great to see you here. Sometimes our circumstances just let us know when it is time to quit. Accidentally / on purpose LOL. our subconscious has a way to help us make the hard decisions sometimes. Read around as this thread has many great tips and helpful way to get started. Wishing you well - Great work on cutting back

For me quitting smoking was harder than quitting everything else combined.
I failed at quitting hundreds of times, but I kept trying and it FINALLY stuck, and im so Grateful!
