Thanks! I suppose the only real noticeable difference is the smell and not frequently going outside to smoke. Also I’m not waking up feeling like i need to smoke first thing. I’m using an inhaler and a nicorete spray that I use around 1 hour after waking up. F%ck smoking il never smoke again it’s disgusting.

I think maybe I will donate the $15 I use to spent on a pack of american spirits once a week (realistically more frequently actually) or save it for something cool to do. Maybe save it up for a massage, or spa days once a month and donate the rest?

Lots of tips and ideas to be found to make quitting smoking work. I’m now in my 11th year as a non smoker, best decision I ever took. Saved an incredible amount of money, probably saved my life too. Glad to have you with us, wishing you all success. We’re in this together :people_hugging:

This has been great for me. Spending my beer and cigarette money on things that I have something to show instead of burning it.
Cameras art supplies are my favorite way to spend it
