No. I smoke cigarettes and don’t consider it to be tampering with my sobriety.

Don’t feel guilty brother, I lasted a 55 hours my first attempt but don’t beat yourself up about it. Shit happens and we need to live and learn from our mistakes. Not live with the regret of them
As with the tobacco. I smoke baccy pnes to help ease off the brains/lungs fetish to inhale something. Sounds gross but its somewhat helped
