Strava is consistently .1 off ! Itās like a running (hah) joke. Youād have to record or run 6.3 for Strava to see 6.2. Itās suuuuper annoying!!
I usually use my garmin watch to record, I can program workouts (including intervals) into it. But theyāre not cheap so I n ow thatās not an option for everyone. That then transfers to Strava. Kind of unnecessary but itās the only āsocial mediaā I use and I like to track progress on segments etc
I had an Apple Watch (series 1 ) but it broke last year and I havenāt been able to bring myself to get a new one. I would love a Garmin but dang they are pricey even more than the apple ones! Maybe Iāll get a new watch eventuallyā¦
They are. I luckily get a team gear discount at a local store, but they still hurt my walletā¦

A short 5 minute one with added shoulder workout I made after the warmup.
5 minutes is enough, my goal is to be able to do this 3x/week and not to hurt myself.
Did a 45 minute elliptical run yesterday, just finished a combo of 30 minutes upper body & 25 minutes elliptical today; feeling great. Structured my schedule a lot more clearly than before to have at least 6 days/week.
Iām happy to get back into it and didnāt realize how much i needed and missed this part of my day. This year is a great year to do better than the last if I try harder.

Itās a GPS tracking app for a variety of athletics - running, walking, cycling etc
Just finished another 35 minutes on the elliptical; wouldāve gone for 45-1 hour but time constraints were there. Instead of raking myself over the coals for not meeting the standard I wanted for today, I redirected the failure thoughts to remind myself I can still be very active for the remainder of the day and putting real effort into something is better than doing nothing.

So, now I just have to lose 20 more kilograms and everything will be fine. Around 3 kg have already gone. I donāt see any problems in this.
Love seeing yall get after it! Had a decent sweat sesh today after the kids b-bal games. Iām still getting over covid so I took it very light but I didnāt get dizzy or anything for the first time in a week so Iām pretty freaking happy.
