Hope everyone has a happy and sober/safe holiday!! Thanksgiving is tough for me since I know my husband and father in law will be drinking and even though I have stated that I don’t mind them drinking but getting drunk will get them kicked out because they both get irritating and act like idiots. I’m happy to know that the positive is that I won’t be drinking any alcohol and my best friend said she won’t be either out of support. She actually never drinks but she inspires me to live without having to alter my brain. We are 15 years apart, her being older and she has been clean for 15 years and she continues to inspire me. I hope and pray that everyone has a safe holiday and we all continue to go strong and move forward with happy, clean lives and an understanding this thanksgiving to be thankful for ourselves just as much as we are thankful for the support of others!
