After reading some old post it answered my question that if I laspse do I have to restart at day one and I realize the answer is yes. If I have 10 days sober and have even one sip it a restart . Im happy its a new day and I dont want or need a drink TODAY!

Im happy you are back! I have reset myself back to day one. It wasn’t worth it, I’m keeping in mind I don’t need or want a drink today either. You got this!

When I’m not drinking I’m all through with lying, hangovers, remorse, and wasting money. When I am drinking, I am only half alive. Now that I’m trying to live a decent, honest, unselfish life I’m really alive. Life has a new meaning for me, so that i can really enjoy it. I’m on the right side of the fence, instead of on the wrong side. I can look the world in the face instead of hiding in alleys. I am convinced that no matter how much fun I got out of drinking, that life never was as good as the life I can build without drinking.
You are worth it.
