Day 3 of sobriety from alcohol and I get these weird tingling sensations in the front of my head above my brow that come and go. Anyone else experience these?

I’m on day 8 of no alcohol, and had the same thing happen to me for a couple of days, but they’re gone now.

I got lots of weird tingles and pains. As long as it’s nothing scary I wouldn’t worry about it too much. You basically just took the brakes off your brain. Lots of confusion going on in there. I’d recommend lots of water and sleep as much as you can. You can’t get too much of either right now. If you do find any serious withdrawal symptoms do not hesitate to call a doctor or go to the ER.
