Heading into week 3 sober. I think I can do it!

As subject, but I really need to start exercising. Otherwise I replace food with my addiction.

Well done on your sobriety!!! Yes, walking is a great start…and it is free!

Of course you can do it !
We all can.
People often ask me what it takes to learn languages, and I always answer that, first and foremost, you have to WANT to for some reason or another !

I’m with you!!! I’m planning to work out in the morning. I used to do it all the time. Wish me luck, and I wish you luck!

Congrats keep going…I’m with you 19.1 days myself…I took a walk through my own town that I’ve lived in for 6 years today. It helped…Gave me perspective there’s a lot of stuff I haven’t done in 6 years…1 day at a time

The most important thing is being sober, well done on 3 weeks. I’ve been eating so much too. I am fine with it at the moment, I think it is normal to want to eat. Damn, two weeks ago I’d fill my stomach with beer when I got hungry

I do want to get back on my bike though and go for a good cycle ride

Me too, so when my colleague ask if I gain weight, I am proud to say yeah. Deep down I know I am doing it for me, and it’s the right thing.

For now, I will just do the lazy exercise. Which is Sauna on every Saturday.

Congrats!! That is great.

It took me a while to get back into exercising when I became sober but once I realized how much extra time I have now it wasn’t hard at all :slightly_smiling_face:
