I went to a meeting - just got back. It was lovely. It was for Al-Anon. It took every itch for me to go. They were so welcoming and considerate with my deafness.

Glad you posted. I went to my first meeting on Sunday. Been trying everything to avoid it but last week it became very apparent that I just couldn’t do this on my own. Was dreading it and so nervous. But now I’m so glad I did. Going to another one tomorrow! The people are from every walk of life and so welcoming. I think we are both very brave.
