Healthy Breakfast

Trying to take on advice from this site and one change I am going to make is to eat as healthy as I can. Most sobriety attempts have seen me replace alcohol with food (sugar and carbs) and I’ve just felt awful, tired and unmotivated. I’m only on day 2 this time but I do feel better today after eating healthy yesterday (salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast) :yum:

Throw a salad or some spinach in the plate too. Salad in the morning is awesome.
