Helping people with addiction

Hoi everybody.
I am jaap from the netherlands alcholic and 1 year and 10 months clean from 15 years of pain from alchohol.
I am now volunteering in addictit care helping people with addictions.i like to help people on this support forum also so ask.and i try to help

18 september 2018 is my day 1 so we have simulair sober time I guess
Dutch too and my addiction is alcohol.

Hi everybody have a clip from ted about non verbal cominucations very fun to watch and very learnful
It helped me a lot to figure out my cominucation,
Cause when addicted you lose lot of that.
