This feels better than before but then again worse. I’m going thru alot right now and thsta going to make this even harder but in the end it will be so much better. Right!!! Thats what I’m gonna keep telling myself… I can do this. I can do this.

Your be just fine,put in so much self-care and love for yourself it all begins there,I bought myself a new duvet ,PJ’s and slippers once I got a month clean I was happy as pig in shit that night .and that memory will always stay with me …shower ,teeth,fresh air ,water and you.
