Hi all, i am excited to join this site, i have been struggling with pornography and masturbation for 20 years. It is destroying my life slowly but surely. I am ready to take a really stand now and become sober for the rest of my life. Today is day 1. If you can provide support or a group to join where we can support each other that would be great. I want to become the person, the husband i am supposed to be.

I’m with you. I’ve been trying to kick this habit for 20 years also. I lack self discipline. What’s sad: I’m pretty much the same way I was at age 15 and I’m 40. Addicted to video games, PMO, and overall stupidity. I’m pretty much a slightly more mature will Ferrell from step brothers. I have a job, wife and kids. And this incredibly annoying habit that’s ruined my life.
