I wanted to start a thread for myself (and anyone else that wishes to comment etc) to keep track and hold myself accountable each day for my new way if thinning and living and leading a clean and sober lifestyle… so here it is!
Good for you! I am a big fan of High Five and daily positive affirmations. At one point, I read aloud 50 in the morning and the same 50 in the evening. I have the list, it’s going back up on the mirror! Thanks!

Day 4 affirmation & high five.
Obviously I missed yesterday’s as I messed up my recovery. And today I was in a rush to work, so had to sneak a quick pic at work lol Realizing I may need to do abit more healing around my past in order to truly gain that peace and serenity. I feel like I have pushed things down SO FAR over the years that I wasn’t even realizing that it still affected me. But it does… my body is telling me that. Grateful that I can listen to my body and what it needs
