Really stormy today
I could follow this guy some time as he was standing in the air watching out for some mice I guess going down from time to time.
No new pictures bit I still enjoyed it. No sun, I was relieved.
I am grateful that a) I can now concentrate in the afternoon and work in the afternoon, later hours and b) my boss is fine with this.

The weather was finally perfect for a hike (that and no kids this weekend!). A short 5+miles but still not bad!
Perfect weather over here too for a good hike. It’s been awhile. Since spring when I saw that big rattlesnake 
And a nice Pacific view.

They don’t normally drop petals like that which is why I snapped a pic of it.
We got a HUGE one in our Trader Joe’s Exxon parking lot. HUGE,! And it’s all popped red. It’s amazing to see it in a strip center like that. I love the Crape Myrtle.
We have 12 of them that we planted along our back property line. I guess you could say that I love them too! 
I was able to get in a short hike after work this afternoon! Definitely gotta get in more time in the woods!
