Here I lay again, drunk and mad at myself. I have a headache, I’m bloated, etc. I know everyone has their own way of distracting themselves, but I just can’t maintain the discipline. What helped you through weekends and holidays?

Don’t beat yourself up over it, harvest the energy from the setback and use it to your advantage.
I really struggle when it’s a long weekend from work and usually slip up but I’m learning slowly but surely.
At the start of the week make plans for the weekend and stay busy and active, get back into old hobbies or start a new hobby.

A slip is the beginning of a fall, not the end of one. Don’t lose heart and you can pick up where you left off.
