I’m not quite sure how to do this. I 've been on my own a good majority of my addiction/ alcoholism and feel very disconnected to the rest of the planet. I have been given suggestions and they’re all easier said than done in my eyes for the mere fact that I feel awkward talking to people I do not know.
Are they’re any concrete openers to hear what others have to say about their spiritual malady?
