502 days!! It’s still a struggle but being sober is starting to become my new normal. I start to identify myself differently somehow. Parts therapy (i.f.s.) has been helping with that. Still often sad, lonely, helpless, but in the end grateful, i’m doing this and it’s resulting, even though i can’t always see or feel it.

Still finding pot in my room
It was a waste to buy and garbage so it’s thrown away
I cleaned my room today and it eased a lot of anxiety
Pin pointing the source of anxiety and fixing it helps.
I guess sometimes the answer is easier to find then you would think

20 for me! I had made it about 30 before that, then saw someone’s pills in a bathroom for Thanksgiving. I took one, for whatever restraint badge that’s worth, and am very embarrassed. I have my psychiatrist appt this week and have to decide if I will stay strong and get the script cancelled or if I’ll cave, stay silent, and get more.
