Day 19
Day 16 today
600 today! Woo hoo! Does 600 seem like it’d be hard to reach? 600 was easy compared to day 7. How many times I just couldn’t reach day 7! Then one day I made it to day 10 ~ double digits! I visited this community multiple times a day. I practically lived here. All the stories gave me strength and kept me occupied. No more anxious, guilty mornings. Eff that addictive poison! Soon my alcohol-free days began to fly by. New activities replaced drinking. Music became enjoyable again. I began to lose track of how many days had passed.
Today, at day 600, I know I will not drink. I don’t know about tomorrow, but today I will not drink. Best wishes, everyone! I’m grateful you’re all here with me.
This seemed absolutely impossible on day one. I saw people with 100 days and never imagined that I could get there. As the good people around here say frequently, you just put on foot in front of the other and you take it one day at a time.
It takes a little over three months, but you get there eventually.
425 days 14 months today!! My how things have changed.
Rob, what happened?
Decided to quit smoking as well. Thanks for asking and sorry for the confusion
Oh sorry, I didn’t see “tobacco”! My fault.
Day 255 Drugs n Alcohol
Day 205 S.A
Day 9 cigarettes
I have 100 days tomorrow. I have never in my life been where I am now, 34 years of drinking, stopped. I am so grateful to be mending what was a very broken me. I am so proud of myself (& everyone else here) x
Day 2 too. Thank you to the community for always welcoming me back.
Lets do this togheter, we can do it. Every Day is an achievement.
Day 1.5 for me, just starting out.
1 month 22 days. Feeling fabulous
I hit 80 days today! I feel and look much better. The change in such a short period is unbelievable.
Congrats on 1m 22d! And welcome!
