In my 4 day today, not going to drink. My mind keep telling me its friday and weekend, you are not going to work anyway now because its closed caus of Covid, so Just one bottle of wine, its OK. Other part of mind say No No No…

I get this all the time. Ignore it.
The fact is that sober evenings are better than sloppy drunken evenings, and sober weekends are better than drunken weekends anyway. Once you realise that, it gets a whole lot easier.
