Well done on the first day. I am on 19 days today, 3rd week on Saturday. Few challenges so far but starting to feel really good and happy again.

you have a long way to go not to discourage you but i have quit alchol addiction for 2 months and started driking again even more dangerouly now am trying again hope to go a long way this time
