I wondered if you were in FL when you mentioned pickle ball. I see it alot over here! Did you like it?
18 days. Doesnât seem like much, but itâs the most consecutive days of sobriety Iâve had in 10 years. I find that to be both amazing and sad. Amazing, because of the accomplishment, but sad that itâs taken me 10 years to do it.

Yea it was fun! Iâm developing some pretty intense tennis elbow and this didnât flame it up at all. Itâs a lot of fun though less exercise than even tennis
I was wondering about the cardio aspect of it.
Itâs all good any little bit!

13âŚtoday was a payday Friday and the alcohol demons were really going to war with my sobriety self and it was touching go for a little while but my sober self won out and I am glad. So onward⌠day 14 tomorrow.
Today I did not drink.

Thank you. When I woke up in the middle of the night and this morning I was happy with overcoming. Instead of mad and ashamed of myself. Stronger yes!
