Thank you. This has been a long journey with many choices. Once I chose to overhaul my lifestyle I put an arduous plan in motion that requires daily maintenance. Two of my hardest obstacles were don’t over think it and keep it simple stupid.

Happy to say 224 days…longest I’ve been sober in almost 5 years…the difference in being drunk to sober is so unbelievable… so worth anything u have to go through…

13 complete days without Cocaine. Into day 14 now. Cravings and urges departed after day 8, it’s so much easier now, managing to occupy myself throughout the days without being anxiously bored too. Grateful. Sobriety is a.blessing
