Into day 4 , with the added bonus of starting Sober October, at least i have an answer ready for those difficult times when friends and family ask why I’m not drinking . It shouldn’t be hard I know , but drinking is so ingrained in society that people think its strange when you tell them you are sober . Stay strong people
