Today is day five. Second time seeking intentional sobriety. Was over five years sober 2013-19.
Feeling good about it for sure. Just about every aspect of my day is better when I’m not a drinker.

.5 days. 1st counseling session this afternoon, and 2 job interviews. Wife announced we are separating. Not sure what that means yet. But here’s to the withdrawals I am feeling today, knowing tomorrow will be better.

150 days AF and 33 days cannabis free (CF)
Yesterday and last night were very full of emotions and heartache. My grandma died January 6th and my aunts and uncles are putting the house up for sale. I was raised by my grandparents and it is overwhelmingly heartbreaking to even think about the house being lived in by anyone else. I spent most of the day crying off and on. Today is somewhat better.
