Just reset my count this morning. Iām disappointed in myself but I have to keep trying. Longest I made it was 33 days in January. Iām going to make it one day at a time!

Loving being sober today. Step work and meetings is a small price to pay for the feeling of being part of life instead of the person who life had a grudge against and used to let me know it on a daily basis. Itās fair enough I guess bc I resented life right back.
Now itās full of endless possibilities and lessons to learn.

welcome, we never think about tommorow my friend, all we have to do is stay sober today. If you can stay sober for one day youāve cracked it. Thereās gonna be some highs and lows but trust me a little bit of pain now is gonna save you a lifetime of hurt later. I wish you well on your journey

if your an alcoholic of my type having air in your lungs is the only reason you need to drink. We blame this and that but if none of it happened we would still be drunk.
