19 days here! Haven’t gone to a meeting yet, but have been considering it. Don’t have many non drinking friends. I mean I’m sure I will be ok with it eventually, but just need someone in the same boat as me right now.

120 days today I’ve been experiencing HALT!! HUNGRY ANGRY LONELY TIRED I notice it happens when I get close to those milestones and haven’t been to a support group since last Tuesday 5 days ago going Monday can’t wait have been working the 5 days so looking forward to sharing !!!

I really don’t like Counting days. But I guess it’s ok
I use to drink a lot went cold turkey it was really hard from the beginning but if you keep pushing forward you can go as far as you want…
