Thank you! I feel confident I can sustain this. I’m already noticing my mood improve and I’m able to show up for the people I love which matters a lot to me. Last night my wife needed to go to the hospital and if I had been drinking I wouldn’t have been able to take her. She also admitted if I had been drinking she wouldn’t have told me because she didn’t have confidence I would be helpful in that situation so I’m really grateful I’ve been sober and I look forward to staying sober to be a better me and a better husband.

Thank you so much. I really never understood how my drinking impacted my wife but just hearing her yesterday really put a lot in perspective and I’m glad I don’t drink anymore or want to.
