Each day you get through, the stronger you become. If you fall, get back up because it does get easier and it’s sooooo worth it!!!

Day 3 is so hard , my first week was the worst , especially for sleep, I still have trouble stAying asleep, I’m up 3-5 times a night.

Melatonin & magnesium has been super helpful , also CBD oil has worked wonders.

Day 86 tomorrow, you can do it and before you know it you will blink and you will be here as well :heart::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Don’t give up, you got this :muscle::pray::heart:

Going on 1 year and 3 months clean from meth use.
I can definitely understand why it’s addicting and habit forming once you IV, some days I’m able to hold myself together and other days I’m feeling desperate for the drug itself.

I’m thankful that whenever I’m contemplating the idea or even wanting to relapse, a thought pops into my mind that simply reminds me that it’s not worth it; With or without the drug, unless I’m willing to actually put in the work and become a better person for the sake of my own mental health and family… Nothing will change and the drug can only mask the pain but not change the reality or outcome of the present situation that requires me to face it head on and less impulsivity.

Day 86, that’s awesome! I look forward to it, thanks for the encouragement. Hope I can put the same effort into staying clean that I did into planning, sneaking and buying and lying about drinking :joy:
