Thank you! You are right! That’s how I gotta look at it or else it’s easy to come down on myself. I’m excited for the future! I went to a nice AA meeting a few years ago, so I want to find it again. It will be nice to start that chapter again.

30+ days sober from alcohol. 3rd week off of antidepressants (dopamine crashing hard). 10 weeks into my Benzo taper. 1/3 of the way there. Thanks to all for continued support.
