You are so right on why those urges are calling…youve had an emotionally stressful few days. Find something to distract yourself- you are stronger than your addiction

@JazzyS yes! It’s late. It had been a long day with a lot of emotion. I lost a friend and at the same time I feel happy because he died in very good terms with Jesus

Oh dear friend - I am so sorry for your loss and impressed that you can view the passing in such an amazing way! grateful for your friend as well. That is a lot of emotions to unpack and makes for a very long tough day. Do try to get some rest.
