I’m feeling so proud of myself, I’m 60 Days sober today!! I feel bloody fantastic. My skin and hair is looking so well and I’ve lost exactly a stone in weight, which has made me realise how much I’d put on through booze.

i know this seems like an effort but i believe it would be beneficial for you. We are only as strong as our support system. You have such determination and drive and just need help with that little extra push. We are always here but it would be nice to have that support in real life that is familiar with what you are going through.
