I have almost completed my second day without energy drinks…this is harder than i thought 
im trying to cut coffee as well…i quickly realized that i had transfered my pill addiction to energy drinks (i could go to 4 a day)…and i couldnt stop myself at one… if i had bought 2 i had to drink them in the same day. It was the same thing for my pill addiction. I am really proud of myself but man this is hard i am proud to have realized all of this and that im doing something to quit.
It feels good to write it down
