Six 6 of sobriety is AMAZING Tara. It is definitely a roller coaster at the beginning love – i assure you that the sobriety journey does get easier as you tack on them days. Hang in there - you are doing great!

Thank you! I cant believe its been almost a week. Just taking it one day at a time. Tackling the emotions with this is one of the hardest things ive done in a long time. Waking up the next morning sober and realizing i made it through another day is a great feeling

AAAH Yes – this is a glorious feeling! Yes - 1 week milestone coming up and so many more 
The first bit was super hard but now for me its 240 days and i find i have days without thinking about it and am not fighting urges. It really is freeing!
