Congrats on 252! I know what you mean about up and down sometimes. But I think that’s the cool thing is learning to deal with life on life’s terms. And we don’t have to run from our problems And use healthy ways to cope and get through whatever happens. And if we’re up we still do what we’re supposed to do.

Yeah that’s so true, being sober is seeing life differently and trying to handle our triggers a better way than the same loop etc. longest I’ve been sober in about 20 years but I feel better in a lot more ways too. Prob an age thing too haha
