How to curb alcohol cravings?

This is a great tip. Working out has been my #1 solution to sleep issues since I became sober.

Candy. Eat candy. Your body is craving the sugar from the alcohol. Candy will curb those cravings. Trust me. You can do this.

First day is sooo hard! It gets easier after a few days.
Try your best to go to bed early. Exercise, eat sugar, watch movies and shows about getting sober, read, listen to podcasts. You can do it!

These suggestions are great! Day 5 down in the books. I keep reminding myself, that each moment, each day that passes, gives me an opportunity to be better! Thank you for the encouragement @
