This is a great tip. Working out has been my #1 solution to sleep issues since I became sober.

Candy. Eat candy. Your body is craving the sugar from the alcohol. Candy will curb those cravings. Trust me. You can do this.

First day is sooo hard! It gets easier after a few days.
Try your best to go to bed early. Exercise, eat sugar, watch movies and shows about getting sober, read, listen to podcasts. You can do it!
