It’s true and I know it is, and I know that I want and need to change becouse I hate the person in the mirror, and I need to get sober, I’m hoocked on stimulants mostly coce and alcohol, but I don’t want to be anymore, but it’s too hard to just stop, who lived it trough kwons well how hard it is to stop when you haven’t reached rock bottom, but just want to stop destroying yourself, your mind and the better version you want and could be,

Many here have stopped the same type of drugs. Are there any resources for help in your country?

I also see that you said it’s like candy in the country that you’re in. One of the biggest hurdles to stopping is making the decision to do so. It sounds like you’re getting there on that. I’m not a professional, but I think that you should have a good idea of what you would go through if you decided to just stop on your own. Whether it is safe for you to do it or not.

I’m glad you’re here at the forum. There’s lots of knowledge here, lots of support. Lots of people to listen. There’s a tremendous amount of success stories here from people who were down at their very bottom.

To the best of your ability try to incorporate new healthy behaviors into your day and night. Whether it’s exercise, some type of relaxation or meditation, doing something different, if you’re able to. By incorporating/ adding healthier behaviors, where you can, you will have them there for you when you make the big switch to leaving your drugs of choice.

Keep checking in here there’s lots of support and you will get lots more replies
