I watch next generation almost every night when I’m ready to try and sleep. Captain Picards and the sounds are all so soothing!

When I’m not at work, meetings, cleaning or chasing a 3 yr old, I am in that recliner…lol. I try to be productive though. I fold laundry while I’m watching and got a treadmill so I can walk and watch. Hope it works. Hehehe
