I decided to give sobriety a new try

After the last relapse I felt really sick about myself and the way I always give up on things so I went to the doctor and she was really nice and gave me few tips, helped me schedule my day so that I don’t get bored easily and have always something to do to keep me distracted from my bad thoughts and mental illnesses, this will also be really helpful with my ADHD. I’ll try with SMART Recovery this time and I already know it will not be easy so if anyone have an advice or something I’ll gladly read any of them :sunny:

Advice? Just don’t give in. No matter how much it hurts and how loud the voice is, just don’t give in!
You can do it! But it’s probably going to be the hardest thing you have done.
