Feel so lonely, are they someone from Sweden here. Someone how have this app to get clean from SH? I’m terrible in English, I understand but can’t write correct.

Welcome to the forum Kasja. Your English writing is just fine. And you’re not alone here, the majority is here for substance abuse, but there is a substantial number of people here that try to abstain from self harming as well. I’m not but I know there are. And in the end many of the mechanisms, the reasons why we use substances or self harm, are the same. I’m glad you’re here as we are in this together. Take your time to look around. Maybe use the search option to search. And wishing you all success!
