Im sorry you’ve been struggling too! Having given into the recent struggle, I know the pain that comes from temporarily stopping the fight- keep struggling, it builds strength and endurance.

Well I have no real friends where im at, which is fine I am a very solitary person. I have my wife and a therapist and my art, all are truly helpful. You will find postive people in your life, i had to ditch a lot of people from my drinking life because they were toxic. I know we are all friends here to help, talk and laugh. Keep up the fight!

Someone as smart as yourself must be in a pretty odd spot because I can’t imagine much you wouldn’t be able to resolve swiftly.

Proud of you @Naturehippy. I have fallen off my own unicorn a couple times over the last few months on this journey! When a horse in training bucks you off, the best thing to do is get back in the saddle and make that horse do laps until it remembers you are boss! Keep your words coming… you inspire so many people on here and a setback does not make your words mean any less. Stay in touch and be kind you yourself. Hugs!

I would normally never talk to one but she is an addiction specialist and is very nice and very much an all natural hippie😄She is just a calm impartial person to talk to, just like you guys here. If she wasnt so cool and calm I would not continue to see her. Its all about the people you meet.
