My boyfriend has been dosing my Ritalin so I can come out of it slowly. Today he is away all day and I found his hiding place. I’m supposed to take 90mg during the day. It’s 10am now and I’ve already taken 120mg. I can’t throw them away because if I don’t take my daily dose I have horrible panic attacks that lead me to the hospital. How can I stop myself from taking more? Please help me! I don’t want to overdose!
Give them to someone else to dose out to you. Or have someone come and sit with you until your boyfriend comes home.
I don’t have anybody. I moved countries to be with him. Here I only have his family
Can reach out to his family? Is there an aa or na meeting you can go to? Leave the pills at home and leave? Maybe hop on a bus so you cant get back to them.

I’m doing good! My mother in law came to pick up the medicine and she stayed the whole day working on the garden so I wouldn’t be alone, but also wouldn’t be overwhelmed by her being by my side. She’s great!
