Yes! I drink about 6 pints of water or seltzer each night. The nice thing is I no longer wake up dehydrated at 3am!

I drink a little less, because when I would drink beer toward the end of the night I would start to hammer water and Gatorade. A desperate attempt to not be too hungover for work the next morning and throwing up lol. I used to have about 10 bottles of water next to the bed at any given time. Well made it through day 5 lol
