I agree with @Alisa and sometimes waiting can be the hardest part, especially when your dealing with something so intense, it’s tough to find distractions but sometimes letting it out in a safe place can really help you find some peace! And I can assure you this is a safe place with people who care and want to help you. Sending love and strength

I’m just angry the way my whole case has been treated. From the beginning it’s felt like no one of authority has taken it seriousl. Just another stabbing in London. Amoungst many. I was a victim wrong place wrong time and I will fight that all the way

I’m sorry it’s being treated that way and you unfortunately seem to have to advocate for yourself but you are strong and you can get through this. And we will be here in anyway to back you up. Do you have a healthy outlet to let some of that anger out?

My outlet was just getting the kids up and going to work: With the trial coming up I’ve felt not good. After 4 years it’s like shit it’s actually real. If I had faith in the justice system I’d happily walk into it but I know horrible people get away with horrible crimes so
