I need help with my strength!

So i have technically 30 days today and I have been trying to look for ways to build my strength up because I can’t even open a bottle of water and i dont have a gym membership until April 1st any ideas on what i can do?

Body weight exercises are a great way to build strength. This has a nice mix of them…I love the modified push ups and planks…
